Anyone have any ideas on things to check outside of completely rebuilding our WSUS? I'm fairly new to WSUS so if you need more information let me know. Our upstream server downloads its updates from microsoft and our downstream server is a replica of the upstream server. I came in this morning and now in the console both servers are saying they need files updated but both are stuck at 0 of whatever needs downloaded. After the reset it started downloading the updates again. I performed this on both the downstream server and upstream server last night hoping this would resolve the issue.

After doing some research I came across a article that advised to run WSUSUTIL RESET. In the WSUS console it would say updates needing files 2 and then downloaded 0.00MB of 20.55 MB. For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to troubleshoot why the downstream server wasn't finishing its downloads from the upstream server. We currently have one WSUS 2012 R2 upstream server and one 2012 R2 downstream server to manage our updates.
